Dr. Carolyn has been NY Doctor for years! He is great! However, they never answer the phone anymore, it is impossible to get in touch with him for anything! Need refills etc! If he is going to close his practice he should advise his patients! Dr. Carolyn where are you????
I am writing as my mom chose this practice to see Dr. Carolan. It was very difficult to get appointments with Dr. Carolan so the PA, Katie was recommended. My mom was treated for over 4 months by Katie and misdiagnosed with "allergies." Regardless, other things happened to my mom and the request for a health aide was made to Katie during a recent visit to the office. She said she would immediately get that paperwork started. We are new patients. Had our initial visit & have needed meds renewed lately. They took care of it so efficiently that I can't believe it. The office staff is great! The office itself is nice & Dr. Carolan was great.
The good: Friendly staff. Clean environment. No long wait times. Helpful doctor. The bad: They’re almost impossible to get ahold of. The phone either just rings or goes to the outgoing message and no option to leave a voicemail. Long waits for refills. No follow throughs.
Omgosh Dr Carolan and his PA are phenomenal! The staff is awesome and so friendly! I’ve been w them for 14 years now. I absolutely love the attentiveness, patience, concern and patience they have for me. They fax RX’s over immediately when you need them and they call with results right away and I know the office is very busy but what office isnt? I highly recommend Dr Carolan ... when I need him he’s there. I love Kristin and Diane out front too. They all took great care of my beloved mother as well. Ty all??????
