Was needing medical records for a mutual patient and lady Alma was so rude over the phone stating she did not care that we didn't receive records for our patient.
Dr. Winsett is the best-I moved to Maryland, but will continue to travel back to Austin for an annual as long as he is practicing-total peace of mind-thorough, incredibly knowledgable; was talking nutrition and exercise eons ago before doctors jumped on the holistic health bandwagon. Alma, the office manager is amazing and sweet… just can’t say enough good things about this practice and the level of care I receive. I’d give 100 stars if it were an option!
Dr. Winsett performed a right breast mastectomy in 2002 for me. I am alive today because of his thoroughness in getting all of the cancer. I think he is one of the most gifted and caring provider I have ever had. There is no better than Owen Winsett for your breast health!
I have been coming to him for 25 years and he is the most thorough doctor. He checks you completely and fixes all your concerns and questions.
I called into the office with a concern and the person who answered the phone expressed she had no time to deal with the problem i was having. She was soooo rude i was needing help. So now i am searching for a different doctors office because i don't appreciate the professionalism over the phone. Do not come here!!!!
