Dr. Liao is highly knowledgeable and should be regarded as an expert in his field, from my experience with him. He is brilliant, enthusiastic, quick with knowledge, and an all around top of the line person. My go to for any allergy related issues and he should he yours too! And his staff are just as integral to a successful operation as he is. They even tracked down records for me from over 10 years ago and mailed them to me! That is going above and beyond 100%!
