Dr. Liao was everything I wanted in a doctor. He listened, answered my questions, gave easy explanations for things I didn't quite know about. He was also very personable, patient, didn't make me feel rushed, and made me feel at ease. I have an autoimmune disorder and no doctors I had come across could directly answer my questions regarding the immune system and Dr. Liao made me feel confident I found a doctor who I could trust. Office follow up with the insurance company has been terrible (since they haven't yet) and that has left us holding the bag for a HUGE lab bill. Beware of office visit requests for test results - their new patient forms ask for very specific authorizations to have lab results relayed over the phone. They insisted we review the results with Dr. Liao in office, we finally conceded, to find out she had a minor reaction to dust mites and that no further treatment was needed! Insurance abuse?
