Dr Otto Schueckler & the whole team including French Hospital were absolutely brilliant. I believe everything went perfectly on surgery day. And recovery is going very well. Surgery site healed. No infection. I went from walker, cane, to self guided gait in 2 weeks. I’ve got to be careful though because I don’t want anything to disturb my healing process. Thanks all for your wonderful care & skill set.
I have visited Dr. Schueckler on at least three other occasions and have found that both he and his office are very efficient and caring. He has been thorough and very careful to explain my three conditions and provided successful care and follow-up. definitely one of the go-to care givers on the Central Coast
He told me what I thought was true, but I wanted an expert's opinion. I had not seen Dr. Schuekler for over a decade, there to see if I needed knee replacement surgery. They took x-rays. He told me my osteoarthritis was advanced enough I could be a candidate but only if the pain was very bad. It isn't at all. He said come back if or when it gets bad.
He listens to your concerns and problems then takes the necessary measures to find the cause then discusses the appropriate treatment options. I have had a total knee replacement done by him a few years ago and have never had any problems so I have complete trust in what he suggests & prescribes.
In each of my visits, I found the staff, MA, PA, and the Dr friendly and helpful.
I met with Dr Schueckler once for an evaluation of pain in my right shoulder. He was thorough in his examination and gave me advice, which I am following. I look forward to my next appointment with him.
Dr. Schueckler was quick to get me in when I had a complete bicep tear, He performed the surgery 3 days later and it went better than expected. I listened to his recovery orders and he trusted me to handle my own therapy path with his input. I never did physical therapy and he didn’t flood me with unnecessary meds or treatment that I view are often just ways to get more money. Surgery isn’t cheap but it was worth it. Dr listened to my symptoms and how active I am and he was able to offer the conservative treatment over invasive but let me know that I may need more invasive later.
I have been to see Dr. Schuckler several times over the past 20 years. In all regards he has been exemplary. I trust his judgement, expertise, and surgery when it is required.
