Dr. Otis Powell Jr. is an excellent Primary Care Physician. He has been my physician for almost ten years - ever since I moved to Atlanta ten years ago. In my adult life I have had several unusual chronic medical problems and Dr. Powell Jr. has had experience with all of them. I've seen many doctors over time and he is definitely one of the best that I've ever encountered. He is very calm, thoughtful, answers all your questions and discusses, in detail, what treatment plan he thinks is best
He always have time to answer all questions ask of him. His not rushed when examining you.
