I was a patient of doctor Warner around 2014/2015. He told me I had a cracked tooth, so I received a root canal from an endodontist, and then a filling and crown from Dr. Warner. In 2022, after completing Invisalign, my new dentist wanted to redo my crown because it was too large. When the crown and filling were removed, the dentists discovered large amounts of cotton in the tooth instead of proper filling.
