The receptionist (Mariana) is Soooo Rude and doesn't help you at all. It's been so frustrating having to deal with that lady. Never again!!!! Find yourself another doctor that isn't so old school. Even with the prescribing of medications, you have to take the order to the pharmacy yourself, they don't send it for you. Every time I call the receptionist named Mariana answers the phone and when I ask her question’s about a certain question that I have she rudely responds in a negative manner and she makes me feel very dim witted. She makes me feel very uncomfortable and what makes it worse is Dr Gutierrez is a professional and will educated Dr but having her represent him is the worst mistake Dr Gutierrez can make. This place is a joke! Our appt was at 4pm and 2 hours later we are still waiting, waiting area is inpatient because they are all waiting here for a very long time. Lady beside us has been here since 2pm and still waiting. Why schedule appts a dr cannot honor this is bad service over all

9 a.m. appointment on a Tuesday.......BIG MISTAKE! 10 a.m. and not a single soul called in yet. The office waiting room smells horrible, and people had to wait outside in the hallway as there were not enough chairs. OVERLOOKING is a huge problem in this town.....alot of places actually.
