HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. My daughter had an appointment for a telehealth call with Dr. Cifuentes that never happened. After logging into the virtual waiting room via the patient portal 10 minutes prior to the appointment time and waiting an hour, nobody from Compass Health contacted her. During the 1 hour wait, she called the office and was told the dr. was calling right now and then the rep. hung up on her. Patients are simply a number and copay to both the doctors and administrators. Multiple times I as the patient have had to beg for them to fill medication scripts after I was told it would be taken care of. When speaking to the provider the blame administration and administration blames the provider, neither seeming to care about the patient. Avoid at all costs!
