Dr Hananel was awesome and I really appreciate her time to address my condition and concerns
In August 2020 I had trouble breathing, weakness, fever, cough and had significant co-morbidities. I called Kaiser and spoke to this doctor. Remember, at this time there was no treatment, no vaccine, nothing. She confirmed I probably had Covid and to quarantine myself. She sounded very light-hearted, almost laughing, like it was no big deal. She told me to take a pain killer and call 911 if I got worse. Dr. Hananel does not listen. I had to shout at her to listen to me. She was annoyed that I was informed about my health and asked questions. She told me details of another (overweight) patient's conditions who she had just seen. I couldn't help but assume she would be talking about me and my health conditions to the next patient. She talked in circles, contradicted herself and gave me no confidence in her care. I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor.
