The office manager is rude, talks over you, refuses to listen and doesn't admit when they make a mistake. The only good thing about this place are the doctors.
Dr. Rendon is a Amazing Doctor I have been seeing him for about 12 years for my son and now 8 years for my Daughter he takes his time each visit and answers all my question , I also like all his other Doctors he has as well The issues is his staff and his wait time at his office in Argyle always has been a 35 to 45 minuet wait after my appointment time the staff is somewhat friendly but the waiting rooms always full over booked thats the big issues for me

Office space is a little to small for the amount of people that go there, the staff is very friendly but my main issue is the wait my last appointment I waited 45 mins past my scheduled time to be called back and today i had to sit over a hour and wait and that was just to get called back.
The doctor, himself is pretty good, but the front office is horrible. I've been trying to reach someone at the office for almost a week now, and I keep getting put on hold. I'm on hold now and I have been for over 10 minutes. When the phone rings again, the person that answers, just puts the phone back on hold without acknowledging the person that's on the phone.
