I’ve recently had the pleasure of having Dr. Michaeli as my surgeon. Prior to performing the surgery, he made sure I was well informed throughout the process and made it clear that my comfort/understanding was his priority. He performed a repair on two tendons in my wrist and just three months later with therapy, I have regained full movement in my hand. While visiting from out of state I was hit by a car in a crosswalk which caused me to fall, severely injuring my wrist. Luckily the ER doctor at Englewood Hospital sent my X-Rays to Dr. Michaeli who had me admitted and subsequently operated to repair my fractured wrist. Dr. Michaeli was consistently in communication with my care team at the hospital who kept me updated. Prior to my procedure, he explained everything to me. I'm currently recovering from surgery for a Morton's neuroma, and I truly can't express how fortunate I feel to have been under the care of Dr. Oren Michaeli. I messed up my pinky really bad in a bike accident. In the hospital I met him and he lead me to his instagrams page, I instantly knew I was in good hands. The operation went extremely well despite everything he had to repair. I’m super grateful for the outcome, my finger is all healed and all that’s left is a bit of therapy. Thanks to Dr Oren Michaeli I’ll be able to do almost anything now.
