Excitedly called to schedule to verify if my insuranwas in network and to schedule an appointment. I'm not sure if there was a bad connection but as the call went on, I was sure that it wasn't... I visited Dr. O’Neal W. Koger Jr after being referred, due to concerns about darkening skin around my eyelids. I was genuinely worried and hoped to get some answers or at least a thoughtful evaluation. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. At the appointment, my concerns were brushed off without any real examination or discussion. I left with no diagnosis, no treatment plan, and honestly, feeling dismissed. Always on point
Dr. Koger is one of the best Dermatologists I have come across. He's very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He takes the time to explain why a certain treatment will work better for you than another one. All of his office staff are friendly and professional. I had a broke nose which left a lot of scarring. The break occurred on 8/15/2024. The before photo is with the scarring, the after photo is two weeks later with makeup and application of the products Dr. Koger recommended.
Well trained, knowledgeable, excellent doc with great bedside manner. He has been a very effective healer. I have been a longtime patient.
