My daughter keeps getting strep throat. I made appointment for her with Allergy ENT Associates. Dr. Omid Abbassi happened to be the doctor available to see her that day. Our experience wasn't that great. It wasn't the staffs fault they can't control the weather. What I didn't like that they could control was the cussing outside our door. His phone was ringing loudly the whole time. He tells me he knows the algorithm for telemarketing calls. He answers their calls TWICE yelling random answers. I got billed for a 45 minute visit...
He was running a little behind and apologized but still spent adequate time with me instead of rushing. He explained everything thoroughly. Also his staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleased with my first visit

Seen same day appointment ti treat pain. Staff was great and so was Dr. Abbassi. He provided clear diagnosis and explained options. Dr Abbassi was friendly and will visit again if needed.

Dr. Abassi is not only efficient and thorough he has a great bedside manner. Most doctors would have sent me back for my test results to the clinic where they were done. Made a second appointment and made me come back. Dr. Abbas c alled on his own phone to ask the clinic to fax them to him immediately. His explanations and examinations were thorough and And made me feel at ease with my issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. a bossy and his clinic to anyone with ear nose and throat issues.
He helped me with my ears. I loved him , he is funny and puts you at ease.
