"Dr. O" is a wonderful person. I have been with her group since I had my daughter in 09. She knows me and my daughter and "knows" what is normal for her. She is VERY personable and great with kids. She always answers any questions / fears I may have. She is not afraid to get on the phone and speak to you (vs. relaying through the staff).
