It's impressive how they can avoid answering the phone during their business hours. Dr. Pena-Ariet seems to forget my daughter is on the spectrum with each appointment. We've been seeing him for over a year and he tries to give me the autism talk at every single appointment. Like he just totally forgets the speech/ occupational therapy, early intervention, and developmental neurologist referrals he's given us? I don't get it.
