You wouldn't believe what she did on my last visit. No one should have to experience that. So I just stopped going to that clinic.
They never give enough time for the numbing to settle. Appointment took almost 3 hours!!
I ran into a health issue not concerning my eye after surgery, they where very perfessional, and caring they get a 100 thanks to them all!!
Did not see Dr. Callendar as I needed a contact lens exam. Saw Dr. Rothstein.
Dr. Callender was patient and nice she talks with you through the exam... she seems to be concerned about what’s going on and she review you file and see your allergies.... I would recommend her to others
Dr Callender was friendly, knowledgeable, and business like. She gave me opportunity to ask questions, and answered them. I liked her. I think having a print out of diagnosis, or even a written explanation of terms would be nice, since some were new to me. She seemed to take appropriate time to perform her examination, however she seemed somewhat rushed in her manner. I expect she had much to do. I didn't feel rushed, but she seemed to be.
My first visit with Dr. and very happy with her as she explained everything about the tests and findings. She will now be my eye Dr. only problem I had was I waited over 45 minutes to be taken.
Welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease. Explained each process and answered every question. Very thorough.
Except for long wait, over an hour before starting appt, all went well. Everyone professional, communicated well. Office appeared very clean, all more masks and gloves, sanitizer available in many different locations.
