Dr. O’Grady herself is not a bad doctor but her receptionist is mind blowing levels of incompetent. Impossible to get ahold of, NEVER calls back, never relays messages, doesn’t take even emergency situations seriously. When you call back after not hearing back from her and express frustration she just laughs and doesn’t take it seriously which only causes further frustration. She needs to be replaced yesterday. Thank you for taking care of my parents over the years . Sorry it took me so long to send thanks. Dad is gone to better place , you have been a wonderful physician to him at his toughest time.
Secretary Jen is incompetent, and doctor is often 45 minutes late.
Dr. O'Grady is a good listener, and I never feel like I'm being rushed out of the office. She takes concerns seriously.
