This place will try to find anything and everything to charge you for. They mix A LOT of the vet with the kennel part. We paid more for our dogs boarding than our own hotel for a family of three. We also picked up our puppy underweight and underfed and so thirsty she lapped up a whole cup of water as soon as she got in the car. Tried to talk to a very belligerent manager… she was more interested in what she had to say than the customer in front of her. I brought my almost 9 year old dachshund in for a mass removal x4 and a dental cleaning. as for most, my Jersey is more like a child to me. Dr. Pete and the staff at Dr. Norm's were so kind in taking the time to sedate Jersey while I was still there since he is just an extremely nervous and attached dog. They took great care of my baby. I can’t explain how amazing this office & staff are! I thought I was going to have to put my dog to sleep, but they fixed him up with some meds, and he’s doing awesome! Thank y’all so much!!!!

Amazing place with coronavirus they are doing pull up service. Came out got Dog from car and took her inside treated her and brought back to car. Awesome.
We were in town visiting family and our dog had recently had a skin tag removed and somehow buster her incision open. We urgently ran over to Dr Norms and explained the situation and he was so nice to take a look at it and threw a quick staple in the incision so our sweet little dog could make it the rest of the weekend without infection or making it worse! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! And the place was very clean and nice as well!! Top notch:) and WAR EAGLE!
