Very difficult to get a hold of staff members. Administrative staff either take forever to respond or does not respond at all.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Bayasi and his team. Dr. Heckman has been great throughout the process. He allows me to explain my situation, answers my questions and provides options for me to consider. I'm very pleased with the care.
