Rudest Dr I have ever seen. Told me he didn’t know how to help me and his staff always rude and goofing off. Last three appointments he called back and cancelled because he wasn’t feeling good. He is always late to appointments and constantly brings in other drs training to very personal appointments. These negative reviews are so confusing. Are we talking about the same Dr. Norman Chow? He is the nicest person. Not only do I have a wonderful relationship with him, I hear him joking and laughing with patients every time I visit his office. He has been such a pleasure for so many years. Also his staff is awesome. Bo is so easy to work with and rescheduling because of work or family has always been easy and fast. Yes, they use physical files, so what. Thank you, Dr. Chow!
Norman is one of the best GP doctors ... he kept me healthy through a very stressful long period in my life.
Stepping into this office you will feel like you time travelled into the past... because wow, this doctor and his office do NOT used computers (in the 21st century?!)! He grabbed a random sheet of what looked like scratch paper, and just scribbled on it messily. Very disorganized. Also, he SCAMS you!! He will make you go there for one thing, e.g. a blood test, but then he suddenly tells you that a bunch of other things have to be done in addition, and earns hundreds of dollars more.
