I am unable to contact anyone. Website broken/unresponsive and phone system AI cant spell or find patient name.
I saw Dr Chutkin for a back injury. He said I should do Physical Therapy. I did for a few weeks and my back hurt worse. I went back and told Dr Chutkin that PT made me feel worse. Maybe we can do an MRI so he can see if there is anything else that could be causing me pain. He said ok and ordered an MRI and proceeded to tell my insurance company that it wasn’t medically necessary. Dr Chutkin seemed very shaky and not confident in discussing my medical situation. He was not very thorough., or timely. He failed to go over my MRI with me, which I had to call to find out when he would be seeing me for the MRI review, 3 weeks had gone by with no response from his office. That shows zero concern for my medical situation. I’m still in pain and have look for another surgeon because I don’t trust him.
