TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had an appointment at 3:30 that was very important because I needed a physical done for my insurance & it was due the next day. Because I was going to be 15 minutes late because I got stuck behind a bridge that was up for boats to pass which is out of my control they requested I reschedule. I have been working for doctors office for over 5 6 years & the grace period is ALWAYS 15 minutes ! The front desk rep did NOT care. Would never recommend this office!
Highly disappointed in the facility did not accert the care needed for my relative no medication given and discharged with a fever the flu and pneumonia highly unprofessional and racist thank goodness for Uber who rescued her after she came in in the ambulance highly hurt by this misfortune event
