It's seriously egregious how the staff knows that there is an emergency with my son that needs immediate medical attention for his swollen knee he couldn't walk and the staff don't offer to give my son emergency medical. It wasn't even given as an option. I found out days later that it could have been handled right away. Instead they make my son wait an entire week to get a approved for x-rays.
I have 2 boys 19 and 12 both my boys have been going here for 15 years and since birth. This office has been nothing but the best especially with my younger boy who had major medical issues for the first 4 years of his life. They fast tracked authorizations, they kept on specialist to get him in and always were mindful I was under alot of stress and panic. Fabulous doctors office Fabulous Doctor.
