I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
