They're all about QUANTITY. They made my wife and I wait for over an hour as new patients. No one can tell us how long is the wait so we left and asked for our co pay back. Our time is as important as theirs. If I can only post this with NO stars I will. Noboby apologized to us. All the nurses were just chilling and had no care in the world. Never again.
Dr. Noel is thourough, cares and takes his time diagnosing. never had to wait like other reviews claim. They always answer the phone and hanbdle any issues
I used to see Dr Noel Chamian and he is a really good doctor. The only complaint I had was that on my follow-up visits he could give me my lab work paperwork in advance but their protocol was I needed to make another appointment to see him again to get the order for my lab work. So that means I have to pay co-pay again to just get orders for lab work. This is the reason I changed primary care physician. I found it rather frustrating that for a cash pay office they refused to see me because I didn't have my social security number memorized nor did I have my card with me. Furthermore the office staff kept using the language that I refused to provide it while I simply just don't know it. Booking the appointment over the phone they said bring your ID which I did. This ended up being a total waste of time for myself and them
