Dr. Tien is a GREAT surgeon and both surgeries I had with him were quick, painless, and my face didn't even swell which is a plus. That being said, the billing process is incredibly frustrating! Since the practice collects payments upfront, I had to wait 3 months for the office to reimburse me the amount I overpaid. I paid approximately $2991 and was reimbursed $2241 (~75%). Also, unfortunately, interactions I had with the patient coordinator were less than pleasant.
I absolutely LOVE D.C. surgical arts, Dr. Tien and every person on the staff! I have had Botox, Juvederm, and other procedures on a regular basis. I've always been extremely pleased with the results and credit Dr. Tien for making me look much younger. I have had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Niven Tien for many years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. As an Endodontist, I have referred numerous patients to him, and the feedback has always been outstanding. Dr. Tien's surgical skills are wonderful. I am super pleased with the service I received at DC Surgical Arts! I called a day prior and was able to get an appointment right away. The location was easy to find tons of parking. Their office was so inviting I loved it. Dr. Tien and his staff were so exceptional. I hate dental work but Dr. Tien was so patient and he made me feel super comfortable. My extraction took no time I highly recommend Dr. Tien for dental work. Five stars isn’t enough superb job!
