Negative 5 stars would be my starting point. Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star to leave a review. The staff are the worst I have ever seen. No people skills. Communication, there isn't any. I was prescribed a medication that needed prior authorization by the doctor. Over a 3 week period of the pharmacy, my Insurance provider and myself contacting them numerous times, it was never taken care of. Dr Dhar has absolutely no people skills. Staff never took my vitals. I was handed a cup for a urine specimen with a here you go. M... read more
She is so patient and understanding and she listens to what you actually say, and you actually see the doctor not an assistant which is wonderful. I've been having problems for a long time and couldn't find anyone that could help me. within the first visit when, I left there I had for the first time hope that everything will be okay. Within the first two or three weeks she already had changed my medicine which helped and had me do outpatient procedures which are helping. Terrible, always rushing the patient to get to the next with no compassion. Doesn't bother to find out how the patient is feeling. Money hungry business women.
