Thank U Kimi!!! U R AWESOME!!!!! Kimi, stayed after hours to help me w/my lil niece who had already had 2 treatments (Store Kit) & that stuff doesn't work, so I called & was told what to do over the ph, that was so helpful! Then I ended up going by the shop to by a special comb & Kimi ended up staying after hours about 1 hr!! She also checked My lil nieces Mom & myself, GREAT service, very professional, so easy to talk to, I RECOMMEND this shop to anyone going thru the "Lice" nightmare! THANK U AGAIN KIMI!!!!! :O)
