I was charged so much money for nothing. Going to this dr was an awful experience. He did not help me at all regarding my acne and rash issues. Please do not give this man your money. I would give zero stars if I could.
I had complete satisfaction while receiving treatments with Dr. Pilest and his courteous and professional staff. I went in on my 60th birthday wanting to hear what the Dr. might recommend to soften some of the signs of aging on my face. First of all, he is so very kind and such a gentleman. He assured me that I "didn't need much" to enhance my looks, and made his recommendations. Everything he suggested was spot on, and the proof was in the result. He is extremely skilled at his craft. So happy!
More skin cancer treatment. So NOT fun. Use sun screen, hats ,umbrellas.....seriously, most people have NO idea how challenging skin cancer is to deal with...this sucks! :(
Admittedly this is an odd review for me to write, as it pertains to an experience I had with Nissan Pilest as a 13 year old child (so 15 years ago). I've never forgotten his name because I was so traumatized by my experience and am horrified to see he is still practicing and offering laser hair removal treatments. My grandmother offer to gift me some light laser hair removal only between my eyebrows as I was "blessed" with a unibrow. Super attractive for a budding teen. Very short visit (5 minutes). If you're not going in for cosmetic-related skin conditions, I would recommend another provider.
When I came to Dr. Pilest, my face was lumpy and out of proportion from another well know Dermatologist. Dr. Pilest repaired my face. I look GREAT! He is so knowlegable.Most dermatologists use only one type of filler. He uses a variety: knowing the results of each. He is clean, polite and caring. I am so glad that I found his web-site. Irvine's Brown Spot Dermatologist – If you don't mind paying a little extra for many years of experience this is an excellent place to go. I have mixed Italian and South American genes so I get spotty and blotched up just thinking about going outside. Dr. Pilest explained what it would take to keep my skin as spot free as possible, then suggested I start off with Cosmelan. I'd been recommended some very high priced laser work at another clinic.
