Staff at doctor's office is worst, they provide extremely poor service. Ladies who schedule an appointment are very rude and their behavior towards patient is unbearable. Totally stupid staff because they have no knowledge about insurance plans
They need to get new staff!! The staff was unprofessional and I walked out before even registering because of the way they treated the lady before me!!
Quite horrible experience. The office was old and perhaps that's why it didn't look very clean. The wait was extremely long. I brought a cd with my x-ray on it but was told I would have to get the actual film. I later found out from a different doctor I needed surgery. I was told something was wrong with heart which was absolutely untrue.
