Excellent Surgeon. Made recommendations based on the severity of my condition and what is the best standard of care. On my initial vist I thought I needed and wanted steriod injection to alleviate pain. It was explained why it was counter productive and not recommended. He prescribed Physical Therapy and an antiinflamatory prior to my hip replacement that was instrumetal in my recovery after the surgery.
highly recommend Dr Patel. he was friendly, understanding, and handled my complex hip replacement perfectly. I'm fully healed now and feeling great thanks to him
Dr. Patel, his staff, and Johns Hopkins in general have performed excellently during my hip replacement and recovery. Procedures were explained thoroughly and everyone I encountered treated me in a caring manner. I am 100% satisfied with the results.
Dr. Patel and the Team at Johns Hopkins Department of Orthopedic Surgery provided excellent service and medical actions of my required total left hip replacement.
