Dr. Kahloon and her nurses, Tonya and Katayra are always so nice and happy!!! Thank you for the refreshing outlook on my skin condition.
Terrible doctor. Rude, condescending, acted like she was better than me. Would not recommend. Go to a doctor who actually cares about her patients
I love Dr. Kahloon! She and her nurse Tonya always are on top of their game and make me feel welcome each and every time I'm there!
She and her staff were rude to me on more than one occasion. She didn't seem to know that I had seen her for over and year and was on spironolatone for over a year. During one visit she told me to wash my face differently instead of try new medication. She also would never send in my antibiotics and it was such a big deal to have my medication sent to Walgreens instead of St. Matthews. I have had bad experiences with this doctor more than once that I can reasonably shrug off. Wouldn't recommend.
Dr. Kahloon walked in the office and acted like she was better than me. Only looked at me for about 3 minutes then charged me for a test she did not do. When I called her office to ask about it she said there was no way for me prove she did not perform this test. I think she is scamming insurance companies.
Seen her multiple times, always very professional and helpful. Very caring physician. Definitely recommend her.
An ointment prescribed by Dr. Kahloon was not covered by my insurance and cost $600+ to fill. I called and left a message informing her of the cost and that I would not be using it. Then I left on vacation. When I returned, there were multiple voicemails from her staff regarding this situation. They had located an alternate provider, Commons Community Pharmacy, who would fill the prescription for $15 and kept calling me until they finally reached me to tell me. Outstanding service!
