The staff is great, there like family always taking care of their patients, dr. McKibben is fantastic!
I have been going to Dr. McKibben's office since I was referred in 2010. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My hygienist Lisa is the best! She's very thorough and informative with the various steps she takes throughout a cleaning. As always, Sherri Brown was super helpful in helping me to pay my balance and transfer my record to my new dental coverage. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. After I was finished my hygienist took the time to demonstrate a newer, better toothbrush, as well as explaining the benefits of using an electric toothbrush, which I am now considering.
My appointment was on time and i was taken care of in a very professional and efficient manner.
