I was referred by my primary physician. Overall the appointment was fine. However, I felt Dr. Vyas was irritated I visited him for my condition. He ordered tests and did not contact me with the results. I subsequently visited my primary physician and she instructed me to reach out to Dr. Vyas for the results. I did, no response. After seeing another neurologist, I was referred to an endocrinologist due to these test results. I could have been on the path to recovery a month earlier!!!!
After waiting a month to get an appointment with Dr. Vyas in Leesburg, he kept us waiting over half an hour in the exam room. When he finally did arrive he spent 10 minutes with us and avoided our questions. We left with orders for a CAT scan and after completing that test he never called to tell us the results even after contacting him by email and phone to remind him we were waiting. Total waste of money. Had to cisit another neurosurgeon to get results and followup care.
Dr. Vyas spent time with my husband and myself explaining findings and treatment options. Was very willing to answer questions. Great bed-side manner. Wonderful experience with the office staff. Personally conducted follow up phone calls with my husband. Would highly recommend Dr. Vyas for nonsurgical consults. Thank you Dr. Vyas for the amazing care.
Dr. Vyas was very thorough with a nice manner. I understood my surgery option and it went very well. A very good experience with such a delicate matter! I am so thankful!
Very helpful post-op. Visited ICU every day.
