Very friendly office. Hygienists soba great job of cleaning. Dr Patel doesn't make unnecessary charges and/ or procedures. He is very personable.
Great dentist and staff always taken on time professional staff and dr Patel addresses any concerns doesn’t oversell like some local dentists who look to change older crowns for no other reason than to make extra money
Excellent care. Very gentle. Kept me informed of what he was going to do before he did it. Dental assistant was very nice and professional. I will be getting all of my dental care done at Sernity.
I am not a regular client, however, his office was one of the few open on Friday and I had a dental emergency. They told me to come in anyways. The staff was so friendly and the office very clean. I had a view of the lake and nature as I waited for the dr. I was in and out within 30 min and very pleased. I highly recommend Mr. Patel and his office to everyone!!! Thank you for seeing me so fast and helping me out in an emergency.
