By far THE BEST DR I’ve ever been to. She doesn’t want to go straight to the knife unless there’s no other option. I’ve been through a torn meniscus, torn short head bicep and problems with an lcl. Her staff is WONDERFUL...I have no idea what the others are talking about. Besides trouble with staff is something to direct straight to DR...not something you punish the DR for on social media.
I had a wonderful experience at this office. I was in horrible pain and the staff was able to work me in at the last moment. I have continued to see Dr C and Kyle her PA going over other problems that have come up.
Horrible staff they do not follow up and are very unprofessional. Such a shame because the doctor herself is very kind and caring. I ended up going to a diffrent orthopedic surgeon because I could no longer deal with their non sense.
My wife saw this doctor at her heights location. Doctor was great her staff was horrible. My wife needed a note from the doctor to provide to her employer after her appointment. Note was written on paper without a letterhead. My wife asked nurse if letter could be on official letterhead and was told that they couldn’t because they were changing their computer system.
