The both receptionists and nurse were very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Parker Ray really took time to listen and made me feel like she really was concerned about my health. She gave me some ideas that might be helpful. It was nice to meet someone that showed so much caring for her patient's.
Dr. Parker-Ray was very informative about the procedure and explained all the options of being under while colonoscopy is being done. She answered all the questions I have at this time.

The nurse, Sherry, was pleasant and informative. I appreciated Dr. Parker-Ray meeting me before the procedure AND giving me the results herself.
