Dr. Dhruv is brilliant and aggressively practices medicine at the highrest level to keep her patients in optimal health. She does ask a lot of her patients, which is necessary to achieve the best results. Every time I have called her office, I have been treated with courtesy and my issue was handled quickly. I can give Dr. Dhruv's entire office 5 stars without reservation.
I waited 6 weeks to receive a phone call to schedule a scan. I left many messsges. I finally drove 45 minutes to their office where I was told my insurance would only approve the test in the hospital. That’s the only place it’s done. The office manager was the most unprofessional man I ever met. As a former medical Practice Administrator, this was healthcare at its worse. Oh, the test was to confirm my cancer had returned.
