Dr. Karanth completed 2 endoscopies for our son Miles in 2024. The first was done in May. The second was done in October, just 2 weeks before our 23 year old son died. Dr. Karanth had an up close visual of our son's cancer, yet failed to seek further testing or guidance. He was quick and sloppy, we would say negligent. BEWARE: My mom is 89 years old and has been suffering from chronic abdominal pain and it’s been a very difficult time for her: Dr. Nikhil Karanth has been her worst nightmare, he is unresponsive, and has absolutely no sense of urgency. Just had a scheduled colonoscopy two days ago. Called to ONLY make a follow up appt, which I was on hold (back and forth hold) for 29 minutes!!! First person that answered asked for my address, stating I live in North Las Vegas and would I like to North Las Vegas location, then said no I live in Henderson then Las Vegas. ALL I want is to go BACK to the same location I originally went to for the consultation to have my follow up appoint to go over results.
