Very unprofessional. They were like a pack of wolves arguing with my wife. Poor office etiquette. They told me that wil call me tomorrow to give the appointment. The next day I called and the receptionist (Shivani) put me on hold and after a few minutes told that will have to call me back in half an. It's been over 4 hours and didn't get an answer.
My diabetes is exceptionally well controlled since I came under Dr. Gupta’s care. My former endocrinologist used to see me only once a year, while Dr. Gupta sees my once in 3 months. Dr. Gupta is the first physician that has given me a detailed meal plan for 7 days a week and has also actively followed up if I’m adhering to his plan or not.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta since December 2023. I have had continuous excellent experiences with Dr. Gupta and his team. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to my concerns and assess and educate me as needed. Dr. Gupta takes the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire time I have been and continue to be a patient. Terrible bedside manner and 0 respect for your time. Minimum 1 hour late for rushed appointments
Excellent endocrinologist, knows what he’s talking about and follows through with a good plan with alternative choices to suit his patience. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta.
