I've been a patient there since 2014. This is the worst clinic ever. They can't keep doctors or collaborators. I've had probably close to 10 different doctors handling my prescription. I can't rely on this clinic for anything. I can't even get a simple form filled out so I can get my prescription covered and paid for It would take the Doctor may be 2minutes to fill out.
