I had a great experience with Dr. Cates! She’s kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything about my surgery clearly and answered my many questions. I would highly recommend her. Her team was also great to work with!
Dr. Cates is very knowledgeable, sharp, and attentive. She makes sure to treat each patient appropriately by being attentive to what products work with who! Overall, a great doctor and I would highly recommend her if your dealing with any podiatry or wound care problems!
Dr. Cates is a phenomenal doctor! I’ve struggled with a toenail issue for years and finally decided to take care of it. She throughly explained all of the treatment options, and was really supportive through the entire procedure. I would highly recommend her!
Dr. Cates is a fraud. I came in for a simple consultation to discuss insoles and slippers — she barely looked at my foot, handed me a flyer, and sent me on my way. No procedure was performed, yet she billed my insurance for a surgical procedure that never happened. This is blatant insurance fraud and a complete abuse of the medical system. Patients deserve honesty and ethical care — not to be lied to and charged for services that were never rendered. I was able to see Dr. Cates incredibly fast, and received the care I needed immediately. The diagnosis and subsequent treatment were all correct and my issue was resolved at the earliest possible juncture. 10/10 would recommend.
