I made an appointment with Dr. Alessi staff a few weeks ago for February 3rd for an eye exam. I am an engineer and always read reviews and observe procedures. I arrived at Collin Vision 25 minutes early to complete forms, as it was my first visit. From reception, I made 3 stops into various rooms for what I refer to as pre-exam and not a minute wasted.
