2.14.25: Given what ALL reviewers have stated, it is unequivocally true--the phone receptionist is difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Greeted in Vietnamese I believe, and the rest of communication in English was impossible. I have never encountered a unique situation like today's poor receptionist service. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE PLEASE!
The receptionist is impossible to deal with. She refuses to book me and hardly speaks English. I have never in my life experienced anything like this when it comes to any medical institution.
Receptionist answered phone in Vietnamese. Hardly spoke English. So rude. She yelled at me for calling 2 times because she said she is busy. I will find another endocrinologist

Same thing everyone says. Receptionist is almost impossible to understand and she gets angry when people ask her to repeat herself. Of the 3 times I've called each time she claims I am not a patient because she can't understand how to look up patients. Setting up appointments is a draining experience. I highly recommend to go somewhere else until they replace her.
