They should fire the receptionist. So rude for no reason and instead of actually being helpful she keeps hanging up on me. Told her i have cancer and need to schedule an urgent appointment and she just says her office is busy i have to wait at least 3 months. Wait for what for the cancer to spread?! I’m asking my pcp to refer me to someone else as it is impossible to get a hold of this doctor.
The receptionist Kim answers the calls in Vietnamese. I was calling to schedule an appointment last week, after providing my information she asked if I could send the referral. I told her the insurance already sent it and asked if she could check. Instead of checking she asked if we could resend it. She's lazy does not want to do her job and I DONT RECOMMEND anyone going. Don't waste your time with that office. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

2.14.25: Given what ALL reviewers have stated, it is unequivocally true--the phone receptionist is difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Greeted in Vietnamese I believe, and the rest of communication in English was impossible. I have never encountered a unique situation like today's poor receptionist service. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE PLEASE!
The receptionist is impossible to deal with. She refuses to book me and hardly speaks English. I have never in my life experienced anything like this when it comes to any medical institution.
