He’s an awful doctor who forces his opinion on you. Very judgemental and appointments feel rushed after always waiting over an hour to see him. If my daughter isn’t with me, he doesn’t treat me like I’m a human.

This was the only primary care provider that I've had since I moved to Jonesboro. I was in the office June 2021 for my yearly checkup and to get my prescription refills. In July 2021, I came down with covid and finally decided to go to the doctor. It was after office hours, so I went to the closest urgent care facility. I tested positive and they prescribed medication and I was ok shortly after. When my pharmacy called the office for my refills in September, they were told I had been dismissed from care. As always my visits with him are all positive! He listens to even the smallest of concerns and give great and helpful feedback
He listens to me, asks me questions to be sure he knows what I am concerned about, including treatment. He answers my questions in a way I can understand him. not all the medical jargen.

I was in need of a new primary care physician.....I had called another office and was told by after hours answering service that doctor wasn’t taking new patients but that he could highly recommend Dr. Guinn. After my appointment with Dr. Guinn I understand why. He is friendly, thorough and takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have. The staff at First Care are very professional and friendly as well.
