I visited for a surgery consultation and was told that someone from the office will be contacting me with the benefit details within a week. There was no response for a week and did not even return my call.
A family member needed some minor surgery. We were out of network. So the Doctors policy was that we had to pay cash and then wait for reimbursement. The doctors policy was to file a claim with the insurance. The doctors back office contact did not return calls and was very difficult and uncomfortable to deal with. Dr Rose literally saved both of my thumbs/hands from a debilitating basil thumb joint osteoarthritis. I am forever grateful for his expertise and skill.
Dr. Rose was extremely kind understanding and sincere about my numb hand. I went to a neurologist first that couldn’t figure out my problem but Dr. Rose knew exactly what my problem was when I explained all of my symptoms. Surgery was a breeze and my had was back at 100% within a few months of healing and taking it easy.
Super nice guy, very thoughtful. He outlined my options with ease and an open mind.
Dr. Rose was great! He was professional, patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt confident to have him as my surgeon. Unfortunately, he doesn't accept my insurance which was fine for office visits, but regrettably, not for surgery. I highly recommend him for orthopedic hand matters.
As a repeat patient Dr Rose expected me to wait 2 months do an appt after re-tearing the rotator cuff he had repaired previously! I guess I was not important enough for him to make time to see me while in pain and with a useless arm.
Dr Rose was awesome. Completely fixed my ruptured tendon and I'm as good as new. Great guy with a nice attitude. Very professional.
I would highly recommend Dr Rose to everyone I know. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was going to happen with the Procedure. I had Carpal Tunnel surgery on both hands and the recovery was very easy. I had immediate relief from the surgery.
