I honestly don't know how this unskilled former mechanic can have a 4.5 rating. Hmmm. Please do your homework before allowing this man to perform any kind of surgery. You may be quite surprised at what you find out. He caused so many catastrophic lumbar spine injuries (spinal cord injuries, etc.) which resulted in lawsuits against the hospital in Morristown that they stopped him from operating on backs.
