Dr Truong flat out lied to me over and over via text message. The work she did was not done properly and had to be redone by another dentist out of state within 5 years. She told me time and time again that she was sorry, that she would pay for the work. We sent her EVERYTHING she asked for, and for 7 months it was the same thing..."I will call them on my lunch break", "I will call them tomorrow", "I will pay whatever..." She is a liar! Never paid them bill after REPEATEDLY telling me "don't worry".
My entire family, including children and grandchildren, trust Dr. Truong with their dental care.
Dr. Truong is hands down the best dentist in San Diego. She is extremely honest and very compassionate. She really listens to my concerns and actually follows up with me after a procedure to see how I’m doing. I’ve since referred many friends and family to her and they have all been extremely happy. I highly recommend Dr. Nhu Truong if you want the utmost care with respect and kindness in a very relaxed atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the doctor is knowledgeable and professional. It is a pleasure to go there, I am happy to have found this office.
Dr Troung is an incredible dentist offering exceptional service. She truly takes her time with each of her patients. Goes above and beyond her patients expectations and genuinely cares about her patients making us all feel like we're part of her family! * she offers Saturday appointmentso just another plus to her quality service
