Our appointment is at 9:45 and I brought my child here around 9:30. Called the office and was told to wait in the vehicle until a MA comes out to swab. It is now 10:15 and still no MA. Wait time is ridiculous here.
Very unprofessional! lol you can’t make any bad reviews on dr.orathai or your child would be discharged from this practice. Honest I love this place just because of their waiting room trying to keep the kids entertained but the way how they runs thing with their patient suck. They don’t even note their patient diagnosis or history into patient chart so when you call all MA knows nothing about your children. Does recommend this practice but not Dr.Orathai she will talk over you and rush through the appointment and not listen ... read more
